January 13, 2009: Charter School consultants feasibility report received by the Village. Fielding Nair International and EdVisions Schools submitted their feasibility report to the Village on January 13, 2009. See report summary. Complete report can be downloaded here.
November 19 and 20, 2008. Community Workshops: 1) Site and Feasibility recommendations; 2) Creating a Successful Community Model. See presentations.

September 3, 2008. Consulting Scope Matrix and timeline. As presented by Consultants on Sept. 3rd at Council's request.
May 22, 2008. Updated Consulting Scope Matrix and timeline
May 13, 2008. the Village of Key Biscayne selected Fielding Nair International (FNI) as the lead consulting firm in partnership with EdVisions Schools and InRem Solutions. FNI proposes for the project to take a total of 10 weeks. See proposal, cover letter and scope of Project, Council meeting resolution and Council meeting video (forward to 1h:00') with extensive discussions on project's scope and potential filing of an application by August 1, 2008.
March 20 - April 30. Selection Committee evaluates proposals, interviews companies and recommends Fielding Nair to the Village Manager. Committee members were: Ed Easton, Charles Viscito,Gwen Wurm, Jud Kurlancheek and Todd Hofferberth.
March 17, 2008. 3 companies respond to RFP. Academica Schools, InRem Solutions, and Fielding Nair International in partnership with EdVisions Schools.
March 14, 2008. Fielding Nair International (FNI) presents proposal. Cover letter to RFP response, Scope of Work and complete proposal Fielding Nair Consulting Proposal.
End of February 2008. Village's Request for Proposal (RFP) for Charter School consulting services. Consulting work is estimated to last 6 weeks.
January 29, 2009: Stakeholders Group to select a consulting firm to help the Village to understand what a municipal charter high school entails. See Council meeting details in calendar.
